How it works
Easiest meal to prepare.. in less than 10 minutes
Empty both the packets
Add the contents from both the packets in a microwave safe bowl.
Add water
Pour in water and give it a good stir.
Microwave
Pop it in the microwave — ready to eat in under 10 minutes.

Freeze drying isn't just for astronauts. It's the smartest way to keep real food tasting like real food, with up to 95% of the good stuff locked in. Every dish starts as real food, cooked fresh with real ingredients, then freeze-dried to lock in the flavour.
so.. what is freeze drying?
Freeze
We freeze all our dishes solid, proper cold, so all the nutrients and everything that makes it taste good gets locked in place.
Vacuum
Then the magic bit: under a vacuum the ice skips straight to vapour. No heat, no cooking it to death, just the water leaving quietly.
Seal
What's left is light, lasts ages, and comes back to life in minutes tasting like we just made it. Honestly, it's a bit of a flex.

Hey, we're Reem & Shibani, the sisters behind QUICKY.
Like a lot of you, we never had the time (or energy) to cook properly after work. Then our mum started freeze-drying her homemade meals for us, and honestly, it changed everything. All the flavour and goodness, none of the preservatives, ready whenever we were.
For two years it was our little secret, until our friends tried it and couldn't believe it was real food. After enough nudging, we took the plunge and made Quicky. We really hope you love it as much as we do.
